Our fabrics are used in numerous filtration processing industries, for example in mining, waste water treatment, sugar, pulp & paper and timber-processing plants. They can also be used in all other industries in which solid/liquid separation takes place. The filtration medium is an essential part of the process and directly influences the end product.
Depending on the application, operating environment and desired performance, we can choose from a wide range of fabric types in different materials (Polyester, Polyamide, Polypropylene, anti-static), weaving types (woven or spiral/link design), wire diameters, weaving patterns, apertures and thicknesses. All our belts are heat-treated to prevent stretching and cloths are finished with either our strong stainless steel clipper seam, with an endless and non-marking woven seam or with a flat, non-marking and pressed pin seam in case a machine cannot be cantilevered. Edge treatment comes with all fabrics to prevent unravelling and add stability, and any extra accessories you wish to add to our belts and cloths can be easily arranged.
