Self-cleaning stainless steel spray bars improve the cleaning of filter cloths, thus expanding their lifetime. They are developed with an internal stainless steel brush connected to a hand wheel. Should the nozzles become blocked, the spray bar can be cleaned while in operation. The nozzles are inverted inside the pipe so that the brush cleans the aperture when it is turned via the hand wheel. A flush valve allows the dirty water to be expelled while the spray bar is operating. The spray bars are self supporting and only need to be clamped to the frame of the machine. Nozzles are made from 316 stainless steel and are held in place via a stainless steel circlip.
Tracking valves are pneumatic valves used to control the "tracking" of belts while they are in motion. The belt rubs against a ceramic paddle, which operates the valve to keep the belt centred and running true. The Valve is manufactured from stainless steel and is maintenance-free.
Rollers are integral parts of numerous machines in filtration applications. They need to be replaced once they are worn or bent and we can supply any roller made to specification.
Trackers /Bellows are used in conjunction with tracking valves. They are utilised generally in linear screen filters to steer the belt in reaction to the tracking valves’ input. The stroke length is typically 140 mm and materials used for construction vary depending on application, generally 316 stainless steel and high density polyethylene slides. A unique design feature on our tracker is the ability to utilise bellows cylinders from all the manufacturers regardless whether they have inline or offset ports.
